What youll bedoing

Opportunity:

Chalhoub is the leadingpartner for luxury in the Middle East. The group is looking torecruit the leader of the finance The Visitor business based out ofJeddah Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The division is responsible todrive sustainable and profitable longterm growth in ChalhoubsTravel retail business

We offer afastpaced environment with high level of exposure and opportunitiesfor growth. The role will be the copilot of theCommercial Director of the Visitor Operation.

Objectives:

  • Financial Analysis andBenchmarking
  • Deploy Cost Structurein depth review for each Operation and benchmark against bestpractices in retail & distribution.
  • Full indepth Payroll (together with the InfrastructureHead) & Overheads review (Rentals legal contracts officeexpenses logistic contracts warehouses etc.)
  • Planning Forecasting &Budgeting
  • Develop &Consolidate Financial Statements Budget (P&LBalance Sheet & Cash Flow)
  • Trackperformance in the Monthly Business Review (Including P&Lperformance DSO Receivables Stock aging receivables productivityKPIs)
  • FinancialReporting
  • Support the development ofInvestments P&Ls and monthly cash flows. (EBITDA by brandworking capital requirements).
  • Beable to automate dashboard on financial performance in Looker/Power BI
  • Negotiation& DecisionMaking Business Partner
  • Support Financial Analysis Pricing Analysis andcontractual negotiations with key Brands.
  • Governance
  • Beable to lead the relationship with Auditors and ensure a high levelof compliance and protection of the group Assets.
  • Commentator.
  • Tellthe story in numbers. Be able to develop the Investment Thesis forThe Visitor. Identification of avenues of growth and efficiencyopportunity. Track performance against agreed business plan withExcom.
  • Corporate Finance Modelling inParticipation in new tenders.
  • TeamCoordination & Knowledge Sharing
  • Team Management. Be a successful linkbetween Chalhoub Managed Companies brands & Joint Ventureswith the Visitor Operations. Be a key representative with Chalhoubbrand finance leaders and operations teams.

What youll need to succeed

  • SaudiNational
  • FinanciallyCertified (ACCA CPA CFA).
  • Masters in Corporate Finance or an MBAfrom a Top Tier International University would be aplus.
  • 7 10 years of WorkingExperience in leading multinational or regionalorganization.
  • Highly analytical anddetailed oriented. A business case will pursue.
  • Proven ability to work successfully in anambiguous environment.
  • Capability to meet tight deadlines andprioritize workload.
  • BigFour Background in Transaction &Advisory Services Commercial FinanceExperience in a BlueChip Multinational in FMCG or BeautyFashion is a must.
  • StrongCommunication Skills. Experience with C Level Consultants& Commercial Directors.
  • Thecandidate needs to be preferably based already in KSA.However he/she should be willing to be operative by February2024.
