Weare looking for a passionate Technical Writer who will work withcolleagues and stakeholders in multiple geographical The TechnicalWriter will write educational documentation, helping customersunderstand our software and how to configure;

Inthis role, youwill:

• Research,outline, create, and edit new content for customer education andinternal use: help articles, best practice guides, videos, animatedgifs, and other educational
  

• Updateexisting content for releases and
  

• Approacheverything from the customer perspective, prioritizing theirexperience as you create action-based, visually appealing resourcesthat translate highly technical information into something theyunderstand and trust to guide
  

• Writeon subjects with accuracy and relevance by gathering informationfrom subject-matter experts to understand its business impact,customer value, and technical
  

• Workclosely with various departments to understand content requirementsand the strategic
  

• Monitorinternal and external feedback channels to help define customerneedsandcontent
