Job Summary

We areseeking a Root Cause Analysis specialist to join our GlobalManufacturing Excellence Team within Assets Technical SolutionsDepartment (ATSD). ATSD is a multidisciplinary organization withinterface to technical and in some cases business supportrequirements of Domestic Refining & NGL Fractionation AdminArea and This Company Affiliates. Its function caters mainly to thetechnical needs of Global Manufacturing operating facilitiesmanagement and driving the performances of operating facilities inexecuting corporate programs and initiatives towards operationalexcellence and value creation.

Your primary rolewill be to provide technical support to operating facilities andtalent development of new Engineers. You will develop & conductspecial studies and analysis for RCA & defect eliminationprocesses.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Determine and implement the correct Root Cause Analysis(RCA) methodology according to predetermined criteria.
  • Develop and lead the implementation of a detailed RCAprocess.
  • Facilitate or lead majorinvestigations utilizing RCA techniques.
  • Participate in conducting training workshops and provideRCA Practitionerlevel training to relevant personnel.
  • Facilitate threat identification workshops to identifypotential risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Developdatabases for defects and threats to retain information for widerutilization and reference.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to relocate toDhahran Saudi Arabia.
  • Hold aBachelors Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Possess a minimum of fifteen years experience in the RCAand/or Defect Elimination discipline.
  • Preferably hold certifications such as Blackbelt SixSigma & TapRoot.
  • Demonstrate analyticalmethodical chronological and openminded approaches.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities and teambuilding skills toeffectively drive and liaise with individuals at all organizationallevels.
  • Possess indepth knowledge of changemanagement and problemsolving techniques.
