Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan,coordinate, and oversee the delivery of multiple projectssimultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, Thebusiness development executive will focus on customer acquisition,lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will garnerand meet with potential clients.
    The businessdevelopment executive will be responsible to research clientbusiness referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospectivecustomers/clients with all services offered and additionalpresentations as needed, and work with clients to create solutionsfor their needs and consult throughout the sales process.

  • Must be energetic,well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

  • Business DevelopmentExecutive Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identifying, qualifying,and securing business opportunities; coordinating businessgeneration activities; developing customized targeted salesstrategies

  • Buildingbusiness relationships with current and potential clients

  • Understanding client needsand offering solutions and support; answering potential clientquestions and follow-up call questions; responding to clientrequests for proposals (RFPs)

  • Creating informativepresentations; presenting and delivering information to potentialclients at client meetings

  • Creating and maintaining alist/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database(Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information

  • Cold calling; makingmultiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales andworking with the client through the closing process

  • Meeting all quotas forcold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meetingor exceeding annual sales goals

  • Collaborating withmanagement on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintainingshort- and long-term business development plans
