Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analystto join the Security Intelligence Center Division of Digital &Information Technology.

The SecurityIntelligence Center Division is responsible for providing securityoperations including 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) cyberintelligence forensic services network and endpoint protections aswell as running Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)system Log Management System (LMS) and Cyber IntelligenceManagement System (CIMS).

The Cyber ThreatIntelligence Senior Analysts primary role is to conduct threatintelligence ingestion threat hunting and integration of securityreports within This Company cybersecurity systems. This includesworking closely with security staff to capture highfidelityIndicators of Compromise (IOCs) for detecting malicious activity toenhance cyber security operations as well as profiling and trackingof threats.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Managing and orienting internal and external sources ofintelligence.
  • Reviewing threat reports andfeeds and digesting threat information into actionable cyber threatintelligence.
  • Managing a threat intelligenceplatform and optimizing its integration with other cybersecuritysystems.
  • Optimizing cyber threat intelligencemodels.
  • Developing and maintaining strategiccyber intelligencerelated partnerships.
  • Aidingand guiding cybersecurity analysts in threat hunting and cyberthreat mitigations.
  • Guiding and mentoringjunior cyber threat intelligence analysts.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to permanentlyrelocate to Dhahran Saudi Arabia.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a relatedfield from a recognized and approved program; an advanced degree ispreferred.
  • Have nine years of experience inInformation Security including at least 5 years in Cyber ThreatIntelligence.
  • Possess working userlevelknowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) LogManagement Systems Incident Response Platforms (IRP) and ThreatIntelligence Platforms (TIP).
  • Have knowledgein both YARA and SIGMA rules including both writing and usingthem.
  • Demonstrate a working understanding ofOODA ICD 203 & 208 Diamond LM CKC models and the MITREATT&CK Framework.
  • Understand howIntelligenceDriven Defense is used to protect a largeenterprise.
  • Possess Forensic Analystskillset.
  • Have workinguse knowledge ofIntrusion Protection Systems Web Gateways email security appliancesLog management and threat intelligence platforms.
  • Ability to identify indicators of compromise (IOCs)evaluate existing defenses against identified attacks to determineweaknesses correlate intelligence to identify campaigns profileactors and track such activities.
  • Trackactivities of specific campaigns.
  • Beselfmotivated with a high sense of urgency and personalintegrity.
  • Demonstrate eagerness and capacityto learn.
  • Write clearly with fulldocumentation and present verbal/written messagespersuasively.
  • Work well with people of diversevalues opinions skills and goals.
