POSITION SUMMARY

Promote awareness of brand image internally andexternally. Use sales techniques that maximize revenue whilemaintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott. Recognizeopportunities to upsell the customer and sell enhancements tocreate a better Marriott experience or event. Perform generaloffice duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g. filingsending emails typing faxing). Enter retrieve reconcile and verifyinformation (e.g. commissions leads third parties) in softwareinvolved in the sales process. Gather materials and assembleinformation packages (e.g. brochures promotional materials).Determine and give complimentaries to guests as gifts for theirpatronage (e.g. rewards points show tickets). Prepare salesrelateddocuments throughout the sales process (e.g. proposals contracts orbanquet event orders). Serve as the point of contact for clientsand communicate with them by phone and email to respond toquestions and requests.

Report accidentsinjuries and unsafe work conditions to manager. Follow all companypolicies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance areclean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietaryinformation; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge allguests according to company standards; anticipate and addressguests service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speakwith others using clear and professional language; prepare andreview written documents accurately and completely; answertelephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintainpositive working relationships with others; support team to reachcommon goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns ofother employees. Read and visually verify information in a varietyof formats; stand sit or walk for an extended period of time. Movelift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equalto 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable jobduties as requested by Supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Associate orbachelors degree in related field.
  • Should befluent in English.
  • Saudi National ortransferable iqama.
