HR Supervisior

KeyResponsibilities:

• Overseeall aspects of HR operations ensuring compliance with local KSAlaws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HRpolicies and procedures tailored to the unique requirements of theKSA market.
• Manage the recruitment processincluding sourcing screening and interviewing candidates forvarious roles.
• Coordinate and conductonboarding sessions for new hires providing them with essentialinformation about company policies procedures andculture.
• Partner with department heads toidentify training needs and develop relevant training programs toenhance employee skills and performance.
• Handleemployee relations matters including conflict resolutiondisciplinary actions and performancemanagement.
• Administer employee benefitsprograms ensuring timely enrollment accurate recordkeeping andcompliance with regulatoryrequirements.
• Maintain HR records and generatereports as needed providing insights to inform strategicdecisionmaking.
• Stay abreast of developments inthe KSA labor market and advise senior management on HR trends bestpractices and potentialrisks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
• Minimum of 710 years of HR experiencewith a focus on the KSA market.
• Thoroughunderstanding of KSA labor laws andregulations.
• Proven track record ofsuccessfully managing HR functions in a fastpacedenvironment.
• Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills with the ability to interact effectively withemployees at all levels.
• Excellentproblemsolving and decisionmakingabilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentialityand handle sensitive information withdiscretion.
• Proficiency in HRIS (HumanResources Information Systems) and MS OfficeSuite.
