Job Summary

AFinance ITControls Assurance Analyst Candidate with an InternalControls & SarbanesOxley Compliance (SOX) knowledge and ITauditing experience is to join the Controllers Organization withinthe Finance Strategy & Development service line in ThisCompany.

The Controllers Organization acts asThis Companys primary representative for financial and income taxreporting to management by producing the Companys consolidatedfinancial statements subsidiaries financial statements and othermanagement reports. The Controller Organization actively seekscompliance of all organizations regarding controls over financialreporting and generally achieving good corporate governancethroughout the Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement internal controls over financialreporting (ICFR) standards including COSO internal controlframework and SarbanesOxley regulations for compliance.
  • Plan develop and coordinate execution of all phases ofSOX compliance.
  • Perform walkthroughs toidentify and validate key controls including entitylevel IT generaland automated process level controls.
  • Developtest procedures coordinate testing execution and report results toManagement.
  • Develop and update key controlsdocumentation including process flowcharts process narratives riskand controls matrices and assess impact of new systems or majorprocess changes on internal control system.
  • Provide advice on handling control deficiencies andrelated remediation plans.
  • Evaluate andanalyze data related to information systems functions for SOXcompliance.
  • Understand document and testcomplex business and IT processes.
  • Utilizerisk management standards to conduct annual risk assessments andscoping activities for SOX program.
  • Introduceappropriate automation to streamline management and reportingrelated to SOX program.
  • Contribute to trainingand development of content and resources for knowledge sharingrelated to SOX program.
  • Participate in andcontribute to other adhoc projects as needed.
  • Assist in responding to internal and external auditrecommendations implement corrective actions and prepare monthlyand quarterly reports for management reporting.
  • Stay updated with latest SEC regulations PCAOBpronouncements and other SOXrelated updates.

Requirements:

  • This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science or equivalent field is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA CRISC CISSP CIAor accountingrelated qualifications are highlydesirable.
  • Continuing professional educationincluding membership in a professional association isrequired.
  • Relevant industry experienceincluding public accounting practice recent SOX complianceexperience in a publicly listed company and/or SOX consultingexperience in a Big 4 advisory firm is preferred.
  • Knowledge of auditing principles and standards auditfollowups PCAOBs standards such as AS5 (ICFR) and Internal Controlsframeworks (e.g. COSO) is desirable.
  • Intimateknowledge of SAP systems controls and related cybersecurityprocesses including automated systems controls supporting businessprocesses in SAP is required.
  • Ability toconduct IT risk assessment and scoping detailed IT process andcontrol design walkthroughs and meticulous testing of controls froma SOX standard is necessary.
  • Capability toprepare preliminary findings analyze alternative approaches anddemonstrate the ability to make presentations or lead meetingsincluding at the executive level is required.
  • Proficiency in both oral and written English isnecessary.
  • Experience with SAP or equivalentERP systems is highly desirable.
