• Lead thedevelopment and implementation of user acceptance testing (UAT) forthe Highway Corridor Management System(HCMS).
  
• DevelopUAT test casescenarios
  
• Leada team of UAT testers and regularly assess/monitor performance,provide training, manage workload andencourage/motivate.
  
• Meetregularly with HCMS product leads and provide timely progressupdates.
  
• Workwith HCMS product team to address issues in a timelymanner.
  
• Leadtechnical training sessions forusers.
  
• Leaddevelopment of usermanuals.

• Providesupport as needed during the design and implementation phases ofthe HCMSproduct.
