As SYSTRA continuesto grow as a business in Saudi Arabia we are looking for aMarketing CommunicationsManager.

You will need a proven trackrecord in driving multichannel communication strategies and leadingon innovative marketing initiatives. With a particular focus onencapsulating the essence of our values and brand in all ourexternal activities e.g. conferences events marketing campaignsthoughtleadership etc; and ensure that any senior leader engagewith the external market with a consistent SYSTRA brand inmind.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Workingwith senior leaders of the business to drive the overall marketingstrategy in alignment with global strategic plans and objectives.
  • Developing strategiesmanaging budgets setting goals and ensuring consistent brandmessaging across various marketing channels.
  • Collaborate closely withthe Proposal & Business development teams (communicationsand graphicsteams)
  • Developing andmaintaining Business Unitspecific marketing collateral to enablethe broader organisation to understand the expertise strategies andpromote crossselling of services.
  • Training coaching anddevelopment of our people in particular the senior leadership tofeel confident in delivering key messaging our brand andpersonifying SYSTRA.
  • Collaborate closely withHuman Resources in employee branding activities and supporting theEmployee Value Proposition roll out.
  • Aligning all Countryspecific communications and activities with the Global strategy forMarketing & Communications including focusing on drivingthe SYSTRA brand and other globalthemes.
  • Working closelywith business leadership to develop an annual calendar of regional/ global events and associated strategies and communication briefsfor each event.
  • Coordinating andprioritizing SYSTRAs participation in regional events conferencesmemberships sponsorships white papers project openings etc.Networking with key partners to obtain good positioning for SYSTRA.
  • Develop externally facingcollateral social media posts news and announcements and othercommunications.
  • With theSYSTRA Headquarters support be responsible to develop and updatethe local SYSTRA Arabia website
  • Responsibility fordeveloping specific award submissions responding to surveys andcoordinating other external visibility opportunities.
  • Developing content forinternal communications such as newsletters town halls leadershipconferences executive briefingsetc.

EDUCATIONALBACKGROUND

  • A degree inmarketing communications business journalism or a closely relatedfield.

Plus 10 years of experience inmarketing and communications in particular working with seniorexecutives ideally from the sameindustry


LANGUAGESKILL

  • Fluent in Englishwith strong written and oral communication. Ability to edit andwrite content in English. Proficiency in Arabic language anadvantage but notessential.

CAREERBACKGROUND

  • Preferablyalready have a strong network in the Middle East and / or theEngineering industy so can support in prioritising key marketinginitiatives and approaching key partners / channels to market.
  • Strong communicationabilities able to articulate complex ideas in a creative manner andable to influence or persuade others.
  • Demonstrated experienceof leadership personal accountability persistent andgoaloriented
  • Strongbusiness acumen with an aptitude for improving processes with acommitment to internal and external client service.
  • Ability to travel asneeded.
  • Exerciseresponsible and ethical decisionmaking regarding company fundsresources and conduct and adhere to SYSTRAs Code of Conduct andrelated policies andprocedures.
