A widelyrenowned Investment firm is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst fortheir Infrastructure Acceleration Fund with strong financialmodelling As an Analyst you will support the investment team in allfacets of transaction execution and will contribute to theinvestment team’s performance by providing core financialanalysis/modelling, investment research, high quality investmentmemorandum materials, and other required support to enable soundinvestment You will enjoy close interaction with highly experiencedsenior members of the investment team and will gain broadcommercial exposure to infrastructure assets and growth focused

Responsibilities:

• Preparerigorous financial analyses and build financial models to supportinvestment decisionmaking
• Conductindustry, market, and companyresearch
• Prepareinvestment memorandum materials for internal and externalaudiences
• Sourcecompelling investmentopportunities
• Providelive deal support on dealexecution
• Participatein all aspects of the investment cycle including origination,screening, due diligence, execution, disbursement, and portfoliomanagement
• Ensurethe maintenance of high environmental and social standards in thefund’sinvestments
• Participatein investmentnegotiations
• Monitorportfolio companies and perform analysis of potential exitopportunities

Requirements:Qualification and Skill

• 5 yearsprior experience in investment banking (M&A / LeveragedFinance, Power & Utilities), private equity or projectfinance
• Priorequity investment experience on live completed transactions is amust
• Demonstratedexperience in emerging markets, Africa aplus
• Understandingof the power, utilities, transport, and ICTsectors
• Understandingof project finance including deal structuring, project capitalstructures, and keydocumentation
• Strongfinancial modeling and analytical skills across sub sectors (power,midstream gas, transport, communications / digitalinfrastructure)
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills -and fluency in English(French is a goodplus)
• Abilityto work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, with greatattention todetails
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, including advanced Excelskills
• Stronginterpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively withsponsors, partners, andcolleagues
• Culturallysensitive, able to relate to people of diverse backgrounds; livingexperience in emerging countries is aplus
• Priorknowledge of African infrastructure and relationships in Africa areaplus
• Universitydegree from a Tier 1institution
