Title: Senior ProjectManager/Scrum Master

5 Month Contract toHire

Location:Remote

Responsible for leading the successful delivery of mediumto large sized projects of moderate-to-high complexity to deliverintended business outcomes. Manage project reporting and providestransparency of project status for schedule, budget, risks, issues,and oversight of project change control and escalation. Usestandard EPMO project management processes, methodologies, anddocumentation practices to ensure projects meet projectobjectives.

ExperienceLevel: Minimum of 10 years

Required Qualifications &Skills:

• Demonstrated experience leading projects andteams to execute highly complex initiatives of significant scope,scale, and risk to successfully deliver project objectives andbenefits.
• Consistentresults driven project leadership skills.
• Solid working knowledge and subject matterexpertise in project management methodologies including waterfall,Agile, Scaled Agile (SAFe) and hybrid.
• IT background or experience in managingtechnology projects and familiarity with cloudconcepts.
• Stronginterpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effectivemeetings, clearly convey information, influence when necessary,share and draw knowledge and ideas from others, and communicatewell across all levels of the organization (i.e., appropriatelymessaging for the intended audience).
• Critical thinking and analytical skills toanalyze problems, develop solutions, and managerisks.
• Excellentorganizational skills and demonstrated ability to lead multipleprojects and manage multiple priorities to meetdeadlines.
• Solidbusiness sense and skills to quickly assess a situation and respondappropriately to optimize the outcome.
• Ability to manage conflict by readingsituations quickly, identifying potential solutions and gainingcooperation with minimal disruption.
• Self-starter with an ability to operate in afast-paced environment and manageambiguity.
• Adept atnavigating a matrixed environment.

• Solidworking knowledge of project management tools and technologiesincluding MS Office Suite including MS Project, MS Project Server,SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, Jira & JiraAlign.

PreferredQualifications:

• PMP Certification
• Agile Certification (i.e., CSM/SSM, SA, ACP,SPC)
• Experienceworking in healthcare and/or regulatedindustries.
• Experience in a Program Management Office(PMO, EPMO, APMO or VMO).

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional projectteams to successfully deliver project objectives andbenefits.
• Provideproject management leadership through project governance, roles andresponsibilities, effective planning, and project executionexcellence.
• Lead EPMOplanning process including defining milestones and successcriteria.
• Create/maintain EPMOartifacts.
• Facilitate/support readiness for ART/Agileteam events such as sprint planning, sprint reviews, dailystandups, iteration reviews, etc.
• Identify and manage areas of risk anddependencies including contingencyplanning.
• Providetimely and transparent communications on status, risks, andissues.
• Support teamsin remaining focused and resolving distractions andconflicts.
• Manage thecoordination of work in other shared service type areas - i.e.,Procurement, Legal, InfoSec, Performance Engineering,etc.
• Ensure adherenceto and support of Client project guidelines, IT security & riskcontrols, and regulatory requirements.
