Our client a design agency inRiyadh are recruiting for a Lead UX Designer to join their team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute acomprehensive design system strategy that alignswith the companys design principles and business objectives. Definethe roadmap for evolving and enhancing the design system on a wholecountry level.
  • Help the development andmaintenance of a comprehensive component library including designelements patterns and UI components ensuring that they are easilyaccessible for design and development teams.
  • Establish and maintain design standards guidelines andbest practices to drive consistency in UI and UX design across ourproducts.
  • Become the teams authority onsystems setting the standard for our design system and how this isembedded in the Trade Desks organization
  • Leadmentor and inspire a team of designers ensuring the continuedgrowth and excellence of the design systems initiative.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams including UXdesigners engineers product managers and other stakeholders toimplement and evangelize the design system throughout theorganization defining and promoting design standards and utilizingreusable components across platforms and at scale.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructivefeedback to ensure that design system elements meet the higheststandards of quality usability and accessibility.
  • Establish and maintain governance processes to managedesign system updates enhancements and version control. Contributeto design systems onboarding and adoption goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends emerging technologiesand design system best practices. Drive innovation within thedesign system to improve design efficiency and the user experience.
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree indesign HumanComputer Interaction or a related field.
  • 8 years of professional design experience with asignificant focus on design systems and experience contributing todesign systems within an organization or as part of an opensourceproject.
  • Expereince within B2G clients
  • Strong leadership and team management skillswith a proven track record of leading design system initiatives andmentoring designers.
  • Solid understanding offrontend development (HTML CSS and JavaScript) expertise inintegrating and optimizing design systems within diverse techstacks using UI frameworks and libraries
  • Strong collaboration with development teams understandingwhat it takes to ensure parity between design and code.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools specificallyFigma.
  • Exceptional understanding of designprinciples usability and accessibility with a strong attention todetail.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrumdevelopment environments.
  • Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills with the ability toarticulate and advocate for design system principles andguidelines.
  • Knowledge of the digitaladvertising industry is beneficial but not required.
