Job Description

On behalf our client , We are looking for an HSE Assistant  .



Job Summary:

The HSE Assistant provides essential support to the HSE team in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance within the organization. This role involves assisting with the implementation and monitoring of HSE policies, procedures, and practices, maintaining accurate records, coordinating training programs, and promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization

Duties/Responsibilities:


·       Assist in the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with applicable regulations and best practices.


·       Support the HSE team in conducting regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and recommend control measures.


·       Help monitor workplace conditions, equipment, and systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.


·       Assist in investigating incidents, accidents, and near misses, and contribute to the preparation of detailed reports with root cause analysis and recommended corrective actions.

·       Coordinate and participate in the development and delivery of HSE training programs to educate employees on safe work practices, emergency procedures, and hazard awareness.


·       Assist in maintaining accurate HSE records, including incident reports, inspections, training records, and permits, as required by regulatory agencies.


·       Support the promotion of strong safety culture by assisting in organizing and implementing HSE initiatives and programs.


·       Assist in coordinating and participating in emergency response drills, ensuring effective emergency preparedness and response measures are in place.


·       Stay informed about relevant HSE regulations, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and contribute to recommendations for continuous improvement.


·       Collaborate with the HSE team and other departments to ensure compliance with HSE requirements and promote effective communication and cooperation



Requirements
  • Saudi National

  • 0 to 2 Years experience (preferably experienced working with Aramco projects)

  • Diploma in Industrial Safety + Should meet government norms.

  • Good English language communication

  • Willing to work in different work locations whenever required

  • In-depth knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively and train employees at all levels
