Key Accountabilities

  • Functional
  1. Sales Management
  2. Manage a portfolio of key travel management companies and corporate clients.
  3. Achieve agreed sales revenue targets.
  4. Negotiate incentive agreements with corporate and agency clients and review/assess performance on a quarterly basis.
  5. Develop an intimate understanding of the customer's business using a variety of sources and identify and explore commercial opportunities potentials.
  6. Anticipating key account changes and improvements
  7. Use the Flynas guidelines for dealing to ensure processes, deals and ensure all A & B accounts have ADPs completed with account objectives & targets agreed by line manage .
  8. To develop necessary Presentation skills
  • Account Management
  1. Create and develop awareness of flynas products and services within the portfolio of accounts in order to ensure that set revenue objectives are achieved.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing initiatives/plans with assigned accounts to increase flynas revenue share.
  3. Run all activities with corporate travel agent, and ensure the effective dissemination and communication of flynas developments to assigned clients.
  4. Develop innovative solutions for customers that not only support our current product portfolio.
  5. Meeting all client's needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  6. Review area sales performance and recommend action where necessary to maximize revenue
