We are looking for an E-Commerce Account Manager to drive sales and foster relationships for our complete range of vivo products across diverse E-Commerce platforms. As the primary liaison, your role involves managing client portfolios, cultivating existing business relationships, and actively pursuing new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

· Drive growth across E-Commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and others, establishing strategic partnerships to successfully introduce new products.

· Manage e-commerce account operations, overseeing product listings, content, and campaign management.

· Ensure effective daily operations and optimize all resources within the e-commerce channel.

· Collaborate with various departments to effectively showcase new products on platforms.

· Monitoring and analysing competitor's strategies and market trends to provide insights for staying competitive and improving the performance.

· Ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs.

· Utilize data, information systems, and metrics to maximize market share, sales, and profits within E-Commerce platforms.

· Forecast and monitor key account metrics, preparing regular reports on sales results and forecasts.

· Act as the primary contact for E-Commerce platforms, maintaining strong client relationships, handling price negotiations, promotional planning, event placement, and specialized marketing and operational programs.

· Report transparently on the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives, revenue insights, and stock situations to the Head of E-Commerce.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. 

· Minimum 4 years of experience as an Account Manager with a deep relationship with Noon & amazon platforms.

· Fluency in English & Arabic is a Plus.

· Shows excellent skills in analysing data and using e-commerce tools for insights.

· Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian e-commerce landscape, market trends and consumer behaviour.

· Candidates with a background in the smartphone industry at the distributor level or direct experience working with Noon & Amazon platforms will be given preference.

Skills

· Platform Expertise: Proficiency in managing both 1P and 3P business models on platforms like Amazon, Noon, or local KSA-specific platforms.

· Vendor and Partner Management: Ability to handle relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party sellers, negotiating terms and ensuring smooth collaborations.

· Pricing Strategy: Crafting and executing pricing strategies for both 1P and 3P products, considering market dynamics, competition, and profitability.

· Data Analysis and Metrics: Analysing sales data, metrics, and performance indicators across various products in e-commerce, extracting insights to steer strategies and actionable outcomes.
