You will play a key role in growing Contract Logistics at Maersk and get hands-on experience in identifying business opportunities, driving growth opportunities, and partnering with leaders and sales owners – equipping them with Contract Logistics capabilities and knowledge. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work in a multi-cultural environment driven by values, customers, and people orientation. Key accountabilities and responsibilities

Sales Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer information, and activity reports within the designated CRM system. Monitor sales performance metrics, such as revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, for the warehousing, distribution, and container depot segments. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth, product enhancements, and strategic partnerships within the target industries.
  Drive global standards and capabilities for contract management, contract compliance, pricing, business forecasting, sales enablement, and strategic customer engagements. Data Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to track and measure growth initiatives, assess their effectiveness, and make informed adjustments. Rely on metrics such as customer acquisition costs, retention rates, revenue growth, and customer lifetime value to optimize growth strategies and allocate resources effectively.
  Develop account business plans that encompass ocean as well as Logistic & Services products on global scale (where relevant). Define the global value proposition and work closely with customer solutions to build E2E solutions supporting revenue growth across products. Drive and/or support commercial pursuits for customer proposals with sales and regional product leaders. Drive pricing strategies and to enter new market and expand our business portfolio. Work with Commercial & Regions on sales pipeline. Report on the performance of the global go-to-market strategy with regular updates on revenue, sales performance, and marketing activities across multiple regions. Analysis of the data to identify trends and make recommendations for future improvements. GtM alignment with product: Provide feedback on product development to ensure that products are aligned with the needs of the market in multiple regions. Close working relationship with product teams to provide input on product features and functionality that can be rolled out globally. Take responsibility in projects as assigned by product head from time to time.

Required experience & skills

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering) is preferred. In-depth understanding of local/regional industry market trends Solid understanding of customer industry needs & requirements for contract logistics. Well-developed stakeholder management and influencing skills. Strong understanding of the commercial solution sales process. Strong financial & pricing acumen (PnL) Deep Contract Logistics industry knowledge (5+ years)
