In this role, you will be responsible for expediting the procurement process and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Expedite purchase orders and contracts to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain status updates and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.
  • Assist in vendor selection and evaluation process.
  • Support the procurement team in negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of UAE procurement regulations is preferred.
