Team Introduction:
The Global Revenue Management team is part of the Bytedance Finance function that is responsible for revenue management and accounting for monetization of all Bytedance products via the following processes: running the Order to Cash ('OTC') cycle, establishing and integrating business-finance platforms together and revenue accounting.

Position Summary:
As a Collections Manager you will be pivotal towards the advertising customer portfolio in Saudi Arabia. Your responsibilities include devising and executing strategies to optimize collections, surpassing goals for overdue and bad debt ratios. As a key player, you will oversee the collection of outstanding credit and invoices, strategically minimizing profit loss. Effective communication with clients is paramount, building and nurturing strong working relationships while ensuring timely invoice payments. You'll proactively address billing disputes in collaboration with internal teams, showcasing your problem-solving prowess. Working closely with sales teams, you'll tackle collection issues, mitigate risks, and promote innovative solutions in the vibrant Saudi Arabian market. Leverage your analytical skills to run reports, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:
- Collection Management: Focus on the advertising customer portfolio and take direct responsibility for collection management in Saudi Arabia.
- Strategic Planning: Create and implement strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt.
Exceed goals for overdue and bad debt ratios.
- Credit and Invoice Oversight: Oversee the collection of outstanding credit and invoices to minimize profit loss while ensuring appropriate handling.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to build and maintain strong working relationships. Ensure invoices are paid by their due dates. Resolve billing disputes in collaboration with internal cross-functional teams.
- Data Analysis: Run reports and analyze data related to collection management for insights and visibility.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to address collection issues, identify risks, and promote solutions in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

 - Good communication skills and result-driven.
- Strong experience with collections, preferably in the digital advertising sector.
- Deep understanding of collection practices in the local market.
- Familiarity with the workflow of debt collection business and proficiency in relevant debt collection skills.
- Exhibits sound business judgment and the ability to influence others to deliver results.
- Fluent and Proficient in English and Arabic as the collector needs to conduct site visit with the customers and have close communication with them.
