Role Summary:

     A Financial Analyst’s primary role is to analyze the past and present financial data of the organization and estimate future revenues and expenditures. Their duties include predicting the return on investment for different stocks and business ventures, writing financial reports and collecting industry research to inform decision making. Financial Analysts gather data to understand the trends affecting a specific type of product, geographical region or industry to help their clients make important investment decisions. 


Responsibilities:

  • Analyses business and financial data.
  • Creates financial models based on analyses to support organizational decision making.
  • Develops financial plans, reports, and presentations for organizational leaders.
  • Analyzes industry/market trends and makes recommendations based on those trends.
  • Evaluates capital expenditures and depreciation.
  • Develops automated reporting tools for more efficient use of data.
  • Preparing and presenting historic financial data on a few different platforms
  • Monitor financial markets, industry trends, and competitors' activities to provide insights and recommendations to the investor relations team.
  • Prepare company announcements and disclosures in both English and in Arabic while maintaining timely submissions on Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
  • Assist in preparing and distributing investor communications, including financial reports, presentations, and press releases.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including stock exchange rules and reporting requirements such as Tadawul and CMA.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulatory frameworks and communicate their impact to the organization.
  • Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to ensure accurate and timely filing of regulatory documents in both English and Arabic.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 
  • Hands on proficiency with MS Applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Practical knowledge of working with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is highly preferred
  • Thorough understanding of methods of financial analysis and the principles, design, and procedural methods used in big data analysis.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and work extended hours to achieve critical deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor degree in in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
  • 3-4 years of professional experience as a Financial Analyst, Auditor or Investment Banking Associate at a large organization.
  • CPA/ACA/ACCA/CFA Professional Qualification (or in advanced stages of obtaining one)
  • Bilingual with working proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work efficiently to complete the assigned tasks.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel
  • Fluency in Arabic & English languages.
