Join our Energy team within Flow Equipment division in Saudi Arabia as Tendering Manager to help us take {Tendering Team} to the next level. 

In this role you will be accountable for:

• Overall responsibility for ensuring that tenders meet company commercial guidelines and have the necessary sign-off in accordance with the delegation of authority guidelines.
• Mentoring, directing, motivating, supervising, and monitoring the performance of all members of the allocated team
• The position requires the ability to collaborate, have a proactive approach, problem-solving, and quick decision-making.
• Drive process improvement in collaboration with the team with an adaptive approach and focus on LEAN that will aid in quicker response to customers.
• Responsible for calculating the profit margin on SPME tenders based on costs obtained from other Sulzer group companies or third-party suppliers.
• Review inquiry documents/specifications and allocate to the most appropriate resource to ensure the preparation of quality quotations on time for Sulzer Pumps' products using current tendering tools & and procedures.
• Responsible for coordinating the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all the functional departments of the company and, most specifically with Advance Procurement I and Estimating to develop the bidding strategy for each project.
• Establishment of both market and target customer strategies for the Company.
• Ensure that effective client contact, relationship building, and management processes are in place (including acting on feedback from Customer Satisfaction Surveys) to positively influence the client and create a pre-disposition to view Sulzer as the preferred source of supply.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Technical knowledge at expertise level and Experience in formulating and implementing long-term sales strategy.
• 5- 7 Years Experience. 
• Experience in handling a team.
• Financial/budget management.
• Prior experience of the Middle East preferred. 
.• Strong drive for results, Customer dedication 
• Managing purpose and motivating others 
• Strategic agility and global mindset.
• Dealing with ambiguity and decision-making
• Maintain knowledge of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
• Overall responsibility for ensuring that handover meetings and documentation are effective and result in a smooth transition from pre- to post-order status.
• Attend at monthly sales operations meetings and completion of fortnightly updates to relevant areas of the business to ensure overall visibility of sales pipeline and order status.
