About The Tamheer Program

The Tamheer Program is designed to groom early-career professionals by providing them with hands-on experience and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in our legal department. As a lawyer in the Tamheer Program, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our legal team and gain valuable knowledge and skills in various legal areas.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Assist in managing legal risks associated with business operations
  • Provide legal support and guidance to internal stakeholders
  • Participate in meetings and assist in negotiations with external parties
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations
  • Support the legal team in various other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law
  • Possess the License to practice law from the Ministry of Justice
  • Saudi national
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations
  • Internship or prior work experience in a legal role is a plus
  • Eager to learn and grow in the legal field
