Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Pre-Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process, bridging the gap between technical solutions and non-technical clients. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, demonstrate the technical features of our products, and tailor solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Demonstrations and Presentations: Conduct compelling and informative product demonstrations to potential customers, clearly communicating the technical aspects and benefits of our products.
  2. Solution Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions that address client-specific challenges and requirements.
  3. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and business needs. Provide expert advice and guidance on how our solutions can best serve their interests.
  4. Proposal Preparation: Assist in the preparation of detailed technical proposals that align with customer requirements, including technical specifications, product features, and integration plans.
  5. Feedback and Insights: Gather client feedback and market insights to inform product development teams, aiding in the continuous improvement of our products and services.
  6. Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to the sales team, enhancing their technical understanding and enabling them to better engage with clients.
  7. Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in a technical pre-sales role, preferably in [specify industry, if applicable].
  • Strong understanding of [specific technologies, platforms, or products relevant to your company].
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable manner to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients or attend industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
