AlBorg Diagnostics is a leading provider of diagnostic health services in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chat GPT Staff Trainer to join our team. As the Chat GPT Staff Trainer, you will be responsible for training and developing our staff members who handle customer inquiries and provide support through chat-based platforms. This role is crucial in ensuring that our staff members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training materials and resources for Chat GPT staff members.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing training sessions for new and existing staff members.
  • Train staff members on customer service best practices, product knowledge, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Identify training gaps and develop strategies to address them effectively.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in chat-based customer support.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment in training initiatives and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain training documentation and materials.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a customer service or contact center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service best practices and chat-based customer support.
  • Experience in training staff members on chat-based platforms and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing and fast-paced environments.
  • Previous experience with ChatGPT or similar chatbot technologies is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare industry is a plus.
