JOB PURPOSE:
Manage and lead the Technical Records functions ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence by leveraging technology trends, innovation strategies and best practice.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Manage and provide guidance to all Tech Records Staff and ensure all activities are complied with in accordance with GACA Regulations and Company Policies.
• Responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the company s aircraft records and maintenance information.
• Maintain a records system that facilitates search and retrieval of aircraft records in an efficient manner.
• Oversee the upkeep of company s maintenance information database and tracking systems.
• Receive and maintain all Aircraft Delivery Records
• Ensures all aircraft records are stored in compliance with GACA Regulations and Lessors Requirements
• Ensure a system is in place to track and resolve all discrepancies in aircraft maintenance records and work packages.
• Ensure the Aircraft Configuration is kept updated in the MIS system.
• Periodically audit physical aircraft and engine records and in the MIS system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure that all accomplished scheduled maintenance, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), and Service Bulletins (SBs), are properly recorded in the relevant Aircraft/Engine Logbooks
• Interact with Lessors and Auditors to provide all required documents and respond to all queries.
• Work closely with the Aircraft Return to Lease Team, compiling all required records and reports during aircraft returns.
• Develop new processes and procedures and/or implement changes to existing work processes and procedures to make them more efficient and effective.
• Perform any tasks assigned to them by the direct line manager.
• Ensure appropriate team interfaces are in place to support 24/7 uninterrupted operations.
• Establish goals and objectives for the Technical Records and Technical Library Teams that aim to exceed the Riyadh Air performance indicators.
• Ensure staffing is in place to meet the operational needs of the department.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
• 10+ years experience in aviation Technical Records
• Experience in handling Aircraft Delivery Documents
• Experience in preparing aircraft documentation and reports during redelivery process.
• Demonstrated experience in dealing with OEMs and Vendors
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Aviation, Engineering or other relevant field discipline or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent command of English spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in project management tools and software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
LICENSES:
• AME/A&P License plus 10 years experience in Technical Records role.
