Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or education is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Building Inspector.
  • Thorough knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Proficient in using inspection tools and software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
