Batching Plant QC

Eram Talent, a leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy, is seeking a Batching Plant QC for a client in the construction industry. As a Batching Plant QC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of the concrete production process. Your responsibilities will include conducting quality control tests on raw materials, monitoring the batching process, and inspecting the final product for compliance with industry standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of test results and collaborating with production teams to address any quality issues.

• Perform quality control tests on raw materials such as cement, aggregates, and water.
• Monitor the batching process to ensure accurate measurement and mixing of materials.
• Inspect the final product for proper consistency, strength, and other quality parameters.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and batch data.
• Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree is required.
• Minimum 10+ Years of experience as Batching Plant QC.
• Previous experience in quality control or batching plant operations preferred.
• Knowledge of concrete production processes and quality control techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills for record keeping and data analysis.
• Willingness to work in varying shifts and overtime as needed.
