Your Responsibilities:

Verification that the company procedures and processes are being implemented in accordance with the Project Quality Program, Company Management System, the Clients Specifications, Standards, and other Regulatory & Statutory requirements.

Conducting verification inspections as required on projects to ensure that all required quality installations/fabrications comply with the required International / national codes and project specific requirements. 

Documenting any deficiencies observed via scheduled or surveillance inspections, communicating to the execution team and facilitating the closure of deficiencies with the customer or owner as necessary.

  • Perform a variety of inspection functions.
  • Record and document all deviations from the Project Quality Program and the Management System.
  • Coordinate with the client representatives to ensure that inspections are carried out expediently.
  • Generate client Requests for Inspection (RFI) where required providing sufficient notice for Hold, Witness, and Inspection points.
  • Carry out inspections on Exception Items (Punch items) (EI) as documented in the Punchlist management system and sign off as closed when activity is approved & complete.
  • Continually carry out surveillance inspections on the project, recording and documenting all deviations from the Project Quality Program and the company Management System.
  • Review the calibration status of any test equipment being utilized on the project to ensure the equipment is within calibration prior to use.
  • Provide support to the construction personnel in relation to the Project Quality Program and the Company Management System

  • Maintain a good working relationship with all employees and Client personnel.
  • Maintain good record keeping of activities carried out and inspection reports, surveillance reports, etc.
  • Communicate regularly with project and functional teams and ensure all Quality needs and requirements for both functional departments and projects are understood and maintained.
  • Maintain familiarity with the control of non-conformance processes and procedures (Product & Process) ensuring the necessary requirements are adhered to e.g., documenting, Root Cause Analysis, Investigation, Corrective Actions and actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Perform ongoing material receiving inspections (MRI) to confirm Material Requisitions (MR), Purchase Orders (P.O) & delivered to site (MRR) Material Receiving Report has been completed in accordance with the contract Technical & Specification requirements, and associated approvals within Procurement and Materials Management system.
  • Willingness to learn and support the trainee Inspectors providing on-the-job-training.
  • Comply with all Project HSSE requirements i.e., PPE, work Permits etc.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience: 

Qualification/ Certification:

  • Experience: Overall 5 years (Inspection speciality 3yrs & Contract scope of work 2yrs)
  • Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipes (RTP) Inspector: Third Party or Contractor's approved (By Vendor) Inspector shall be certified by RTP Vendor for RTP Material manufacturing, handling, and installation. He shall be able to demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of international codes and standards related to inspecting RTP System and its components,' such as RTP manufacturing, preservation, material handling, installation, repairing and hydro testing. RTP materials shall comply with API Recommended Practices (RP) 15 S.

Communication:

  • Excellent oral and written communication and skills.

Working hours: 48 Hours per week

Working days: 6 days as per project requirements

Monthly Salary: 8,800 SAR
