We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Knowledge & Research Associate. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, synthesizing information, and managing knowledge to support our management consulting projects. You will be working with a team of experienced consultants to deliver high-quality insights and recommendations to our clients.

Key responsibilities and objectives:

  • Participate in the development of intellectual property, including methodologies, frameworks, approaches and tools.
  • Manage knowledge-related initiatives, including maintaining internal knowledge databases, sharing best practices across the organization, codifying knowledge assets, running knowledge sharing activities and developing training materials for new hires.
  • Participate in activities aimed at positioning TAM as a thought partner and leader in the public transformation domain such as writing publications, white papers and reports, conducting seminars\webinars and round-tables, hosting podcasts and so on.
  • Collaborate with consultants and other team members to ensure that knowledge assets are effectively leveraged to support client work.
  • Develop and implement processes for capturing, organizing, and sharing knowledge across the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to consultants and other team members on knowledge management best practices and tools.
  • Monitor and report on key knowledge management metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Administer the knowledge management system to ensure it is up-to-date and its usage is optimized. This includes extending support for employees on the usage of the system.
  • Conduct research on various industries, markets, and companies to gather relevant information and data for our consulting projects.
  • Analyze data and information to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to support our consulting work.
  • Synthesize findings into clear and concise reports and presentations for clients and internal teams.
  • Work collaboratively with consultants and other team members to develop insights and recommendations that address client needs.
  • Use various tools and databases to collect and analyze data, including market reports, and industry publications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and developments to ensure that our research and insights are current and relevant.


Requirements

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a professional services environment, particularly in management consulting, is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, or social sciences.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic & English, with the ability to present information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with knowledge management tools and practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work based on National ID or transferable Iqama
