Department: CEO Office Job Objective:This position will provide high level advice and support to the CEO. This includes responsible for leading the development, implementation and review of various SIDF initiatives.Duties:• Ensuring best-in-class consultation and and professional advises to the CEO.• Conduct analyses on selected critical topics, from internal and external sources, ensure relevant input from key stakeholders across functions and at all levels.• Provide input for the CEO on selected topics ensure that Goals and Objectives are linked to Strategic Vision of SIDF, Participating actively in relevant ad-hoc projects.• Address a wide range of complex issues requesting innovative solutions and significant level of evaluative judgement, producing and maintaining the high-level solution strategy.• Drives decision-making that creates medium- and long-term improvement of the General Organization, as assigned.• Assists CEO in creating, communicating, executing, and sustaining initiatives within the Organization.• Perform additional job duties as assigned or requiredTechnical Skills:• Deep understanding of NDLP industries including key business processes and associated trends. Applies industry knowledge to consultation.• Professional experience in the field of Project finance, banking, investments or relevant industries.• Excellent strategic mindset and top-down problem-solving capabilities, able to think holistically without losing attention to detail.Qualifications:Ph.D., Master's, or Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management or Engineering management or any related field Other Skills• Time management, organization skills fast-paced environment• Demonstrated ability to identify and communicate areas in which additional or other services may be beneficial to clients• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills Experiences15 years of experience providing expertise across a variety of functional areas Apply for this job
