About Smartplus:

Smartplus is the strategic national distributor for Hikvision, a leading provider of innovative security and smart home solutions. We're currently looking to expand our reach into domestic retail, with a product line including dashcams, consumer cameras, and smart home gadgets. We work with major retailers such as Noon, Amazon, Jarir, Extra, and Lulu.

Key Responsibilities:


  • As a Key Domestic Retailer (KDR) Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and developing relationships with domestic retail partners. You will strategize, negotiate, and drive sales across multiple channels, ensuring that our product range is well-represented and competitive in the market.

  • 1. Develop and manage strategic relationships with key domestic retailers such as Noon, Amazon, Jarir, Extra, Lulu, etc.
    2. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product visibility and sales across all major retail channels.
    3. Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and product launches.
    4. Provide insights and feedback from retailers to our product development teams to help shape future product line-ups.
    5. Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
    6. Provide regular sales forecasts and market analysis to senior management.
    7. Handle all contractual negotiations with retailers.

Requirements

1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus.
2. A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, with a strong sales background in consumer electronics or related sectors.
3. Proven track record of managing relationships with key domestic retailers.
4. Excellent negotiation skills, with a keen business acumen.
5. Strong understanding of the retail landscape in Saudi Arabia.
6. Proficiency in English and Arabic.
7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
