Summary of the job:

The main task of a Loaner Lead in JNJ is Responsible for leading Day to Day Loaner site functions, covering all businesses Activities including goods receipts, order picking and packing, shipping and warehouse management and maintenance of Orthokits, the role has increased responsibility including, but not limited to, additional skills, multiple lines/products and Plays crucial role in cooperation with Quality and EH&S teams to plan and execute tasks related to improving quality and EH&S standards in the Loaner site.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Management of Loaner site operations and Orthokit handling (inbound and outbound)
• Ensure inbound and outbound freight adherence to safety, legislative and organizational policies, and procedures, regarding Orthokit handling.
• Accomplish effective logístical and financial oversight through strong leadership and decision making
• Implement a stateoftheart Loaner site facility and introduce organizational structure and procedure to ensure a bestinclass service level while optimizing operational costs.
• Manage the relations with subcontractors related to operation of the Loaner site
• Ensure development of Green initiatives to reduce the environmental impact
• Strive for continuous improvement both in terms of cost and service according to requirements of the marketplace.
• Taking leadership in projects to improve cost reduction (CIP)
• Ensure people management according to Credo principles
• Provides input to the CLS budget and adheres to cost controls.
• Addresses and resolves issues related to customer satisfaction, logistics, quality, and other factors related to Loaner site operations
• Conducts periodic inventory of warehouse items.
• Reconciles discrepancies and ensures that all items are stored safely in appropriate locations.
