As a Business Analyst you will be a pivotal player in streamlining project operations, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives, and contributing to the overall success of our organization's digital logistics initiatives. Responsibilities:

Project Data Analysis:

· Conduct comprehensive analysis of project data, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

· Translate complex project metrics into actionable insights, providing recommendations for project improvement.

· Collaborate with project managers to maintain a comprehensive view of the project portfolio.

· Identify opportunities for synergy, resource optimization, and strategic alignment across projects.

Process Optimization:

· Evaluate and enhance project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

· Work closely with project teams to implement improvements and best practices.

Performance Reporting:

· Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.

· Provide regular updates on project performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

· Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.

· Work with project teams to develop risk response plans and ensure proactive risk management.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

· Act as a liaison between the PMO and project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

· Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements Elicitation and Documentation:

· Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and document project requirements.

· Ensure clear and concise documentation of project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a PMO or Business Solutions environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
