We Elevate

Your Responsibilities:

• Explore the market for new customers and opportunities to grow and protect the portfolio.
• Coordinate and execute the new portfolio units (free maintenance, Conversion, recovery) in order to provide a positive experience to the customer.
• Protect portfolio from losses through customer relations/early warning signs and in coordination with the EI team.
• Ensure proper execution and system setup of contracts, offers and invoicing.
• Prepare and maintain required customer information and files in accordance with established procedures
• Negotiate contract terms, MOD-T and OBR Offers favorable to company
• Manage repairs / MOD T from offers to orders.
• Any other related responsibilities and duties requested by line Manager

Your Background:

• Desired completed university education in Business Administration or Engineering
• Desired Organization and Planning skills, Elevator and escalator industry knowledge preferred PC and systems management skills.
• Desired experience in Elevators & Escalator for at least two years.
