مقهى ومطعم / لاونج راقي في مدينة الرياض، حي الواحة، يبحث عن مقدمي خدمة نشيطين ومتفانين للانضمام إلى فريق العمل. باعتبارك عضوًا رئيسيًا ضمن طاقم استقبال العملاء لدينا، سيكون دورك مهم جداً في خلق تجربة طعام وخدمات إيجابية لضيوفنا.

المسؤوليات
- الترحيب بالعملاء وتوجيههم لمقاعدهم بطريقة ودية ومرحبة.
- تقديم قوائم الطعام/المنيو وتقديم معلومات مفصلة حول عناصر القائمة.
- تسجيل طلبات الأطعمة والمشروبات وإرسالها إلى موظفي المطبخ.
- تقديم الأطعمة والمشروبات للعملاء، مع ضمان العرض المناسب وفي الوقت المناسب.
- الاستفسار من العملاء للتأكد من رضاهم ومعالجة أي ملاحظات.
- معالجة المدفوعات والتعامل مع المعاملات النقدية أو معاملات بطاقات الائتمان بدقة.
- مسح الطاولات وتنظيفها وإعادة ضبطها للعملاء الجدد.
- التعاون مع موظفي المطبخ وزملائك للحفاظ على تجربة تناول طعام ومشروبات مريحة و سلسة.
- مراجعة عناصر القائمة والعروض الخاصة وأي تغييرات تطرأ على العروض للتأكد من تحديث معلوماتك ومعرفتك بالنسبة للعروض.
- عرض و بيع عناصر إضافية وترويج العروض الخاصة لتعزيز تجربة تناول الطعام.

المؤهلات والخبرات
- لا يتطلب مؤهل محدد
- يفضل الخبرة السابقة في دور مماثل ولكنها ليست مطلوبة.
- مهارات التواصل يجب أن تكون ممتازة ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين.
- القدرة على القيام بمهام متعددة والعمل في بيئة سريعة الحركة.
- الموقف الإيجابي والالتزام القوي برضا العملاء.
- المعرفة بممارسات سلامة الأغذية والمعايير الصحية والبيئية.
- أن تكون متاح للعمل في المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات.

A well-established lounge in Riyadh city, Al-Waha district is seeking energetic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Waitresses/Servers. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience for their guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the menu items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring proper presentation and timeliness.
- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Process payments and handle cash or credit card transactions accurately.
- Clear tables, clean and reset them for new customers.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to maintain a smooth dining experience.
- Stay informed about menu items, specials, and any changes to offerings.
- Upsell additional items and promote specials to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
