General Overview:


Our client a large Multinational Insurance organisation are looking to hire a Operations Manager to join their team in Riyadh, KSA.


Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a lead to the unit and support service and client delivery projects
  • Serves as a liaison between different departments.
  • Participates in service projects to resolve service issues.
  • Oversees the teams to ensure best in class service delivery.
  • Drives resolution of complex service issues.
  • Reports to the management of any issues adversely affecting the productivity or quality.
  • Participates in ongoing efforts to identify and resolve global root cause drivers of issues
and/or provider's dissatisfaction.

  • Reports department metrics to management.

Requirements:

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5 yearsexperience in the health insurance industry.
  • Proven Operational / Healthcare leadership experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as listening and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to provide clear direction to team members, using sound judgment and knowing when to involve management in the decisionmaking process.
  • Ability to define and resolve complex claims issues, resolve multiple problems throughout the day and be able to recommend a resolution for each problem.
  • Excellent understanding of HIPPA privacy guidelines, contract language, and contract audits.
  • Excellent experience on the Internet researching claims, Medicare, and regulatory issues.
  • Knowledge of operational management and process/ operational controls.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask and handle highpriority issues while working independently.
  • Use the technology to track, route and retrieve information.
