Department Overview**:Our dedicated Project Management Team at RLB is responsible for seeing a project through from the initial planning stages to completion. Their main task is to break down projects into stages, taking responsibility for monitoring and managing the programme, cost, quality and risk of each stage of the project. We pride ourselves on the quality of our service to our clients and enjoy long-term relationships with them.


We are a sector-focused business actively operating and investing in Commercial, Residential, Education, Data Centre, Mixed Use, Sports and Retail clients and projects.

Our Project Managers work in close contact with clients, advising them on financial matters, project risks, procurement and contract matters using our experience to provide an informed opinion.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage large-scale landscape projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.


Key responsibilities:

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, civil engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 57 years of landscape project management experience, totaling at least 14 years of professional experience postdegree.
  • Professional certifications/licenses (e.g., PMP, PRMG) are preferred.

Project Management Skills:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing largescale landscape projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, and other relevant design and project management software.
  • Knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials, and regulations.
  • Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Communication and Leadership:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Experience in client engagement and relationship building.
  • Ability to understand and address client needs and expectations.
  • Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while meeting client requirements.
