  • Kantar's Worldpanel division is searching for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager. Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, this is truly an incredible opportunity to be part of our exciting vision for the future
  • The Team and Role's mission
  • Our local Operations Project Management team is focused on driving the seamless execution of Worldpanel initiatives, leveraging robust project management methodologies to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights that empower Worldpanel clients to make informed strategic decisions, ultimately contributing to their success in the dynamic market landscape.
  • We're currently looking for an experienced Project Manager who'll primarily be focused on managing endtoend projects, as well as reviewing and evaluating existing research methodology and research proposal to determine the feasibility of the projects including reviewing budgets, timelines and goals.
  • Key outcomes
  • Managing projects from beginning to end, including planning, organizing, managing resources, communicating with stakeholders, and monitoring results.
  • Review existing research methodology to determine if it can be improved upon or if a new approach should be used.
  • Evaluating research proposals to determine the feasibility of the project, including reviewing budgets, timelines, and objectives.
  • Collaborating with clients to develop research questions and study designs that meet their needs.
  • Leading teams of researchers to identify and obtain data sources, develop surveys, and create reports.
  • Directing the activities of researchers and other project staff members who collect data using methods such as focus groups or interviews.
  • Conducting research using secondary sources, such as government records or previously published studies.
  • Analysing data and preparing reports based on findings.
  • Communicating with clients to clarify information, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with the results.
  • Key Capabilities
  • Your background will ideally look like this
  • University Degree (Bachelor's or Master's Degree) in Marketing, Business Management, Economy, Management, Statistics or equivalent fields.
  • Minimum of 34 years of proven experience in managing market research projects, preferably in a market research agency or a similar setting.
  • Full English business proficiency (B2 Level minimum).
  • Solid knowledge of market research methods, tools, and techniques, such as survey design, data collection, data analysis, and report writing.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and clients and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge/experience working with project management methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile).
  • Availability to commute to our offices 2 to 3 days a week.
