هو المسؤول عن إدارة مجموعة من الحسابات لتحقيق النجاح على المدى الطويل وتطوير العلاقات الإيجابية

والتعامل مع احتياجات العملاء ( الأفراد ، الشركات ، الجمعيات ، اصحاب اليخوت...الخ )

و إنشاء مبيعات جديدة باستخدام شبكات العملاء الحالية والمحتملة والقدرة على تلبية احتياجات وطلبات العملاء

واصحاب اليخوت والرد على استفساراتهم في الوقت المناسب.

مهام الوظيفة:

- إدارة مجموعة من الحسابات لتحقيق النجاح على المدى الطويل.
- تطوير العلاقات الإيجابية مع العملاء.
- التواصل وتعامل مع احتياجات العملاء بشكل سريع.
- إنشاء أعمال جديدة باستخدام شبكات العملاء الحالية والمحتملة.
- حل المشكلات وتوفير الحلول للعملاء في الوقت المناسب.
- الإشراف على إدارة حسابات العملاء مع الأقسام الآخرى في الشركة والتأكد من تنفيذ الخطط التسويقة لكل حساب
من اجل الوصول الى اهداف الشركة والعمل على تحقيقها.
- تقديم تقارير دورية عن حالة الحسابات والعملاء بشكل يومي ، اسبوعي ، شهري و سنوي.
- اختيار وتعيين وتتبع أهداف كل حسابات المبيعات بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة.
- مراقبة مقاييس المبيعات مثل نتائج المبيعات الدورية ( الشهرية ) والتوقعات السنوية لكل حساب.
- اقتراح الإجراءات لتحسين أداء المبيعات وتحديد فرص النمو.
- زيادة حجم المبيعات الشهرية والسنوية وتحقيق اهداف الشركة حسب الخطة البيعية.
- دراسة السوق بشكل جيد وتحديد احتياجات العملاء والتنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى في الشركة من اجل وضع خطة بيعية وتسويقية
مناسبه وتخدم العملاء.
- تطوير آلية العمل وطريقة طرح العروض المناسبة للعملاء من خلال توفير خدمات مميزة تساهم في ايجاد الفرص البيعية المحتملة.
- دراسة المنافسين وتحديد نقاط الضعف والقوة لهم
من خلال معرفة ( آلية التسويق ، الفئات المستهدفة ، الأسعار ، العروض ، شركاء العمل...الخ)

المهارات اللازمة:

- الخبرة العملية في المبيعات والقدرة على تقديم تجربة عملاء ممتازة.
- اجادة التعامل مع برامج إدارة علاقات العملاء CRM.
- القدرة على استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت اوفيس MS Office.
- احتراف استخدام برنامج مايكروسوفت إكسل MS Excel.
- القدرة على قياس أداء قسم المبيعات.
- اجادة مهارات الاتصال والتفاوض بشكل ممتاز.
- القدرة على تسليم العروض والإجابة على الاستفسارات في الوقت المحدد.
- اجادة مهارات التحليل وتقديم الحلول المناسبة لشكاوى العملاء.
- القدرة على بناء قاعدة بيانات قوية للعملاء.
- اتقان مهارات اعداد العرض التقديمي الفعال للعملاء وكتابة المحتوى.
متطلبات العمل:

- الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق.
- الخبرة العملية في المبيعات. من 3-5 سنوات.
- امتلاك سيارة خاصة.
- اتقان اللغة الانجليزي.
