Job Discription:

Main objective is to deliver key strategic initiatives for the Financial Accounting of the Finance, Procurement, and HR groups through ERP systems of the Banque Saudi Fransi.

To be part of a team for delivering projects for the implementation of ERP, technologies, and financial processes. Projects range from being departmentally focused to enterprise-wide deliveries cutting across functional areas, technology, operations, and/or support functions.

The ERP consultant will need to be able to work cohesively with all functional and technical teams to achieve project objectives.


  • BSF FAH/OGL
  • FAMS (Fixed Assets Management System)
  • Oracle Property Management/IFRS16 support (Current production support)
  • Oracle Account Payable module as part of ERP Program. Quality assurance and review setup of AP
  • Heavy involvement in the ERP Phase2 project from the upgrade of EBS phase + the enhancement on the implemented ERP in 2023.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Interacting with the Project Manager and the Functional Consultants to understand the Business Process of BSF
  • Providing technical requirements for setting up the development environment and test benches to the Technical Administrator
  • Configure and Customize the Package as per the Requirements Study
  • FAH Current Production Support:
  • Setup the accounting of new products in FAH/GL
  • ERP Program:
  • FAH Consultancy as the only ISG resource expertise in FAH. Quality assurance and review of setups of FAH interfaces, rules and procedures as part of the ERP program
  • FAH outbound setup: Alignment with OFSA and TMR teams for the FAH outbound interfaces and the downstream systems.
  • Assist in the setup of the ERP, SIT, UAT, and Production environment
  • OPM/IFRS16:
  • Oracle Property Management/IFRS16 support (Current production support (Zone implementation)
  • Quality assurance for TCS setup of OPM/IFRS16 as part of ERP Program
  • Oracle Account Payable module implementation as part of ERP Program. Quality assurance and review setup of AP as part of ERP Program
  • CBS Program (core banking):
  • Alignment of ERP (mainly FAH & GL) with TCS BanCs project and the accounting cycles reviews. Moreover, reviews of ISD and FSD for manage accounting and signoff.
  • Cortex Project (cards management):
  • FAH setup for accounting of Cortex interface as part of the current production + ERP implementation as an event based interface with FAH.
  • Expected heavy involvement in the P2P project and the integration with the current EBS
  • Expected involvement in the Tax Engine project and the integration with ERP (FAH/GL)

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or Commerce with expert in computer systems.
  • Should be exposed to Project Management methodologies
  • Should have excellent communication skills.
  • In depth knowledge of the banking business, for which IT solutions are being provided.
  • Awareness of latest technology solutions and trends in the IT Industry for the business solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of the Software development methodologies, architecture tools.
  • Thorough knowledge of Bank's operations environment and technical infrastructure.
  • Shall be able to estimate effort and evaluate high level design and architecture.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in implementation / support in oracle Financial modules
  • General Ledger, Fixed Asset, Payables, Receivables, Financial Accounting Hub,
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in development, customization, personalization, troubleshooting etc.
  • Strong in oracle forms, reports, interfaces.
  • Raising Service request with oracle for critical issues.
  • Experience in Analytical, time management skill
