Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and professional Accountant to join our team at Aon.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role will be responsible for managing financial transactions preparing financial statements and analyzing financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable payroll and reimbursements
Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial records
Reconcile and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
Prepare financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders
Assist with budgeting forecasting and financial modeling
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support business objectives
Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and policies
Provide support for audits and other financial reviews
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
CPA certification preferred
3 years of experience in accounting or finance
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in a professional services or corporate environment is a plus
