Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain managers' schedules.
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  • File and retrieve CRM documents, records, and reports.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
  • Perform general office duties such as obtaining supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic office work.
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for CRM committee, board, and other meetings.
  • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
  • Manage HR aspects and communication for the CRM department.
  • Assist in the medical administration section when required. These would include but not limited to statistical updates, receiving, recording and distribution of medical insurance cards and recording invoices from various hospitals and clinics.
  • Complete and update the timesheets for the support office CRM employees

Educational Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in an administrative role is highly desirable.
  • No previous experience in HSE is required, but a willingness to learn is crucial.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in Arabic and English.
  • Detailoriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Quick learner with a strong interest in health, safety, and environmental issues.
