The
Site accountant in Events solutions, production, and logistics ensures financial integrity and compliance at the designated location.

This position requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams to support the overall financial objectives of the organization.


Key Accountabilities:

The position involves:

  • Manage daytoday accounting operations at the designated site, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to track site performance and financial health.
  • Coordinate with the corporate accounting team to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data and reports.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for the site, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reconcile inventory records with physical counts, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and file local tax returns and regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with operations and administrative teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in financial operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

We are Looking for someone with the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience: 3+ years in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle), with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills is a must.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and cost accounting principles is desirable.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other sites or corporate offices, as needed.
