Job Requirements

Functional in alignment with business counterparts

  • Supports in the overall design and implementation of Enterprise Performance Management Cloud (EPM)
  • Identifying the requirements and working with the System Integrator to define the functional scope and testing the improvements to Product Cost Accounting Models with inputs from Production Planning & Manufacturing work stream & Controller teams. Objective is to ensure that correct cost drivers (Financial & nonfinancial) are identified & moved to system for the production costs.
  • Collaborate with other tracks in the ERP Transformation on the capital projects budgeting solutioning with Projects workstream & controller teams. The objective is to ensure that the final budgeting solution for growth and nongrowth capital projects contains appropriate details allowing management visibility into project financials & its impact.
  • Work with Controller teams and Commercial Work Stream to ensure that revenue is coded with appropriate details for all legal entities
  • Ensure that reports & dashboards required for budgeting, business planning & performance analysis are insightful & aligned
  • Ensure the design of budgeting forms is efficient & are aligned with user needs
  • Working with the Business Planning team & strategy team to test Strategic model implemented in EPM. with inputs from CFO office.
  • Test, verify and (Build new, if needed) capability around scenario planning & sensitivity analysis (Excluding sensitivity of metal pricing / cost to pit size, resource & reserve etc.)

Facilitation of Data Cleansing, Enrichment & Migration

  • Work with the system implementation team on the design of the master data structure and data migration template in consultation with controller teams.
  • Coordinate for collecting the data from the users in predefined formats (for those data items which are not available in legacy systems)

Change Management, training & testing

  • Ensures awareness through regular and tailored communication at all levels of the organization.
  • Conduct training need analysis, assist technical teams in developing training curriculum, review & approve training manuals.
  • Ensure that all bugs / exceptions are fixed before moving / during transition to next stage.
  • Assist the teams during Hypercare phase (1st budget cycle on new system).

Project Management

  • Work with the System Integrator and PMO in preparation of project plan, timelines, deliverables, documentation procedures, risk mitigation plans, change control procedures etc.
  • Manage and monitor detailed program management, program communication, deliverable quality and reporting.

Preferred Requirements

  • Preferably to have implementation experience on the client side. Super user experience in Oracle Hyperion/EPM, Oracle
  • Hyperion, HSF, EPM Suite
  • Must be well versed as a super user with Hyperion, HSF, EPM Applications such as Workforce, Financials, Projects, CapEx, EDMCS, PCMCS, Profitability & Cost Management, Strategic Modelling, Account Reconciliation, FCCS, Tax Reporting, Free Form Planning etc.
  • Must have a fair understanding of Fusion Applications mainly Fusion Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, OPM, Cost Management, Order Management etc.
  • Understands the FP&A Function, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting
  • Must be an ACCA, CA, CFA, CMA, MBA (finance majors) with at least 6
