Our client is a Saudi holding company, headquartered in Riyadh, with a legacy spanning nearly 90 years. It operates over a dozen fully owned subsidiaries and holds controlling interests in several global ventures.

The IT Director will be responsible for leading and managing the IT team to ensure the provision of effective and secure technology solutions that support the company's objectives.

Key Accountabilities
  • Plan and oversee the development of the IT infrastructure, ensuring that systems and applications meet the company's needs.
  • Contribute to the company's strategy by providing a technology vision and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of IT operations within the company.
  • Develop and successfully implement strategic IT plans.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems.
  • Manage the IT budget and resources.
  • Identify and evaluate the company's technology needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Manage and develop the IT team, ensuring their training and skill development.
  • Participate in the company's digital transformation and system upgrade initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

  • Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in the IT field.
  • Extensive experience in digital transformation and system upgrades within organizations.
  • Relevant professional certifications in the field of Information Technology.
  • Profound knowledge of Oracle technology and the ability to manage and develop this system.
  • Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
  • Effective budget management and resource allocation capabilities.
  • Ability to lead a technical team and develop talent.
  • In-depth understanding of emerging technology trends and how to apply them in a business environment.
