Market Access Executive - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

The Position
Your Main Accountabilities Will Be

  • Monitor and anticipate healthcare system and competitive landscape changes to leverage opportunities and mitigate potential risks by disseminating relevant information across the organization.
  • Ensure the right Market access, crosscollaboration platforms as well as roles and responsibilities are well defined and managed in accordance with the local business needs.
  • Serves as ambassador for the company and responsible for strengthening, enhancing, and protecting the reputation of the company with relevant stakeholders, build good relations with external stakeholder and ensures complete account planning for accounts in territory.
  • Define and coordinate among business units the commercial strategies and tactics specific for stakeholders of institutional channel to take the control of barriers of access on the market and guarantee success in negotiations.
  • Identify the need and lead the development of the right fieldbased market access capabilities, monitor and follow up on healthy stocks.


As Market Access Executive you will be reporting to the Senior Market Access Manager based in Jeddah, and you will cover the following Cities: Al-Madinah, Makkah, Najran, Jazan, Abha and Khamis Mushait.


Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you need to have min.

3 years of experience in market access and sales, experience in the institution sector is a must, as well Academic degree in Pharmacy - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is a must, MBA is considered as a plus.

In this role you should be able to perform under strict deadlines, to work fast under minimum supervision and feel comfortable taking on new responsibilities.
