Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Directs, plans, and organizes departmental operations and activities.
- Assigns and schedules personnel to assure optimum staff and other resources utilization.
- Develops and revises Department Policies and Procedures and ensures their implementation.
- Prepares and maintains annual department budget, implements appropriate cost containment ideas.
- Evaluates performance for subordinates. Takes appropriate action to improve performance.
- Liaises with other departments to assure coordination of interdepartmental activities.
- Tests and evaluates new methods and equipment. Makes recommendations regarding purchase of new equipment.
Education:
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or other related discipline is required.
Experience Required:
Nine (9) years of related experience with Master's, or eleven (11) years with Bachelor's Degree, including four (4) years in senior/supervisory position is required.
Other Requirements(Certificates):
Saudi Nationals only.
