Role Summary:

To assist in production scheduler,and production planning .

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules that consider raw material availability, equipment capabilities, labor resources, and demand forecasts.
  • Collaborate with production, planning, and quality control departments to ensure alignment and address any potential bottlenecks.
  • Prepare supply plans based on production schedules and communicate them effectively to the demand team
  • Proactively identify and resolve production issues to minimize delays and maintain production timelines.
  • Monitor production progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including production personnel, supervisors, and management.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in production scheduling, preferably within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP systems, SAP a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
