At AESG we are looking for a Principal Fire & Life Safety Consultant (Project Director) to support our Fire & Life Safety team and work alongside our other specialist disciplines.

The position will primarily be based in AlUla in North-West Saudi Arabia.

Essential Skills:

• Masters degree in Fire Safety / Fire Engineering
• Minimum of 15 (fifteen) yearexperience across the fields of fire & life safety related to the built environment
• Good technical knowledge in Fire Safety/Engineering working within Residential, Commercial and Hotels sectors.
• Independently manage complex projects with multifaceted technical scope and stakeholder management both internally and externally (internal technical team, relevant authorities, clients, subconsultants etc)
• A good understanding of Building Services Engineering and interdisciplinary design through all stages of the design process
• Able to take a brief from the client and deliver & control the tasks required, within time and budget
• Strong leadership, interpersonal / people management, and mentoring skills
• Experience in managing PMC activities at a client / consultant level essential
