Position Overview:


As a Post-Doctorate Researcher, you will be at the forefront of exploring and integrating advanced technologies in mechatronics and robotics engineering to enhance human-machine interfaces.

Your primary focus will be on pioneering research in bio-mechatronic related work, contributing to groundbreaking advancements in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct highlevel research in the area of biomechatronics, focusing on the development and integration of robotic systems with biological organisms.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design, simulate, and implement advanced humanmachine interaction models.
  • Publish research findings in highimpact peerreviewed journals and present work at international conferences.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals for research funding.
  • Mentor and guide graduate students within the laboratory.

Required Qualifications:

A Ph.
D.

degree

in Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering, or a closely related field from a university with a QS ranking of 200 or better.
  • Demonstrated experience in mechatronics and robotics engineering.
  • A strong publication record in relevant scientific journals.
  • Proficiency in experimental design, data analysis, and statistical methods.
  • If awarded Ph.
D within the last 4 years, the hiring will be for a position of "Post-Doctorate", if awarded Ph.
D degree for more than 4 years, the hiring positon will be "Researcher".

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) is highly preferred.
  • Previous postdoctoral research experience.
  • Evidence of successful interdisciplinary collaboration.

Location:

This position is based at the Human-Machine Interaction laboratory within the IRC-BSM, KFUPM, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The role requires physical presence and offers a chance to work in a culturally rich and technologically advanced setting.
